  • Reach across – to give your arms and body a side stretch
  • Up high – Stand to lengthen your back
  • Down low – Bend down to strengthen your abs

Practise this simple yoga sequence in the evening and prepare your body and mind for a restful sleep. It helps you slow down, focus inward and let go of everything that happened that day. (No alcohol required!)
